Product presentation:
1. Measures all Rockwell and surface Rockwell scales.
2. The test force is automatically calibrated using a standard force gauge.
3. The workbench features automatic Z-axis lifting and lowering; the sample stage performs
automatic X-and Y-axis movement.
4. Press the start button: the workbench will rise automatically; once the sample contacts the indenter,
the system will automatically load and unload the sample and display the hardness value; then it
will automatically move to the next measurement point and initiate the automatic measurement.
5. Automatically calibrate each hardness scale across three segments—high, medium, and low—using
standard hardness blocks.
6. Measure any point on any sample within a 100 mm × 100 mm area.
7. A high-precision X/Y automatic mobile station with a repeatability of 0.002 mm is used.
