SWYL-300Z Large-scale Intelligent Automatic Metallographic Cutting Machine

The SWYL-300Z is a high-precision, intelligent, automatic sampling and cutting
machine—featuring an integrated floor-standing design—specifically developed for large
workpieces. It utilizes a large 10-inch color touchscreen and a PLC control system to achieve
precise, coordinated 3-axis (X/Y/Z) cutting. The machine supports five cutting modes—vertical,
incremental, horizontal, coordinated, and manual—allowing for precise positioning. Feed stroke is
fully adjustable, and cutting speed is continuously variable between 1 and 100 mm/min, with the
ability to make real-time adjustments based on cutting conditions. It is suitable for the precision cutting and sampling of a wide range of materials.
The equipment features a spacious, transparent cutting chamber that allows for clear observation of
