Equipment Overview
The SW-290 multi-station vacuum cold mounting machine offers fast and efficient operation. It is
suitable for processing porous materials—such as specimens for crack failure analysis, porous
castings and composites, electronic components, ores, ceramics, and sprayed coatings.
The machine accommodates multiple mold cup stations, allowing for the simultaneous placement of
eight molds (compatible with diameters of 20, 30, 40, and 50 mm). The mounting rack inside the
vacuum chamber can rotate both clockwise and counter-clockwise, facilitating the resin pouring
process.
