This unit is a vertical, four-platen, four-station grinding and polishing machine. Manufactured using
advanced international technology and adhering to international standards, it represents a new
generation of high-precision sample preparation equipment.
The machine features a sleek, powder-coated sheet metal housing and an independent control
system for its four large-diameter platens and four stations (with optional configurations available
for multi-platen, multi-station, and multi-motor control). It supports simultaneous operation by
multiple users and is suitable for the full range of sample preparation stages—including coarse, fine,
and precision grinding, as well as coarse, fine, and precision polishing—required for metallographic
analysis. Powered by a high-output, quiet brushless motor, the machine offers stepless speed
regulation between 50 and 1,500 RPM. It features reversible platen rotation and smooth, low-noise
operation, ensuring broad versatility in application.
