SMP-2ZS Intelligent Automatic Grinding and Polishing Machine

This machine is an intelligent, automatic grinding and polishing unit. Manufactured using
advanced international technology and adhering to international standards, it represents a new
generation of high-precision equipment for sample preparation.
It features an intelligent industrial PLC control system with a 10-inch high-definition
touchscreen. The system operates via fully automated intelligent programs and offers three
switchable modes: manual, intelligent, and semi-intelligent.
The machine boasts a sleek, professional design, with a housing crafted from brushed and
plated SUS 304 stainless steel. It is equipped with dual large-diameter (φ250mm/10")
grinding/polishing discs featuring independent dual-station control (customizable to φ230mm or
φ300mm). Options are available for multi-disc, multi-station, and multi-motor configurations,
allowing for simultaneous operation by multiple users. It is suitable for all stages of metallographic
sample preparation—including coarse, fine, and precision grinding, as well as coarse, fine, and
precision polishing—ensuring broad application versatility.
