SMP-1ZS Single-Disc Intelligent Automatic Grinding and Polishing Machine

This machine is an intelligent, automatic grinding and polishing unit. It is a new-generation,
high-precision sample preparation device manufactured in accordance with international standards
and utilizing advanced international processing technologies. The control system utilizes an
industrial PLC with a 10-inch high-definition touchscreen interface. It operates via intelligent
automation programs and supports switching between "Intelligent" and "Manual" modes.
Design: The unit features a sleek, professional appearance with a brushed SUS 304 stainless
steel housing. It is equipped with a large-diameter (250mm/10") grinding/polishing disc (with an
optional 300mm/12" disc available). Powered by a high-performance 1000W servo motor, the disc
offers stepless speed regulation between 50 and 1500 rpm, ensuring smooth, low-noise operation.
Six preset speed keys (250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, and 1500 rpm) significantly enhance operational
efficiency. The machine is suitable for all stages of metallographic sample preparation, including
coarse, fine, and precision grinding, as well as coarse, fine, and precision polishing.
