This is a single-disc, single-control-head automatic grinding and polishing machine designed
for the pre-grinding, grinding, and polishing of metallographic specimens. It features both
automatic and manual operating modes, an intelligent PLC control system, and a 7-inch
high-definition touchscreen. The machine utilizes a pneumatic lifting mechanism and is powered by
brushless DC motors for both the grinding/polishing disc and the grinding/polishing head, allowing
for stepless speed regulation. It accommodates six specimens simultaneously. The 200 mm (8-inch)
disc offers adjustable speeds ranging from 50 to 1000 rpm (with reversible rotation), while the
grinding/polishing head operates at an adjustable speed of 20 to 120 rpm. Pneumatic single-point
loading with adjustable pressure ensures consistent results. An external dual-channel dispensing
system allows for customizable dispensing and pause intervals, significantly enhancing specimen
preparation quality. An external cleaning unit facilitates easy maintenance. User-friendly, safe, and
