SGTQ-5000ZL Intelligent Automatic Metallographic Cutting Machine

This series consists of floor-standing, integrated, precision intelligent automatic metallographic
cutting machines designed for precision and multi-point positioning cuts. They feature an
extra-large color touchscreen and a PLC control system. A unique split-design, dual-layer movable
precision positioning platform meets the precision requirements for sectioning flat, thin slices from
various irregularly shaped specimens. The feed stroke is fully adjustable, and the cutting speed
offers stepless regulation between 0.01 and 3.00 mm/s, allowing for real-time adjustments based on
cutting conditions; these machines are suitable for precision sampling of a wide range of materials.
